2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payments due to a technical issue

• Inability to deliver the promised service due to our own fault

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations requested before service initiation may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.

• Once the service has been initiated, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
